Lebanon High School Senior to Make Racing Debut

Lebanon I-44 Speedway has a lot of new and young talent making their first starts in an asphalt stock car this season. We have already introduced you to two of our 2018 rookies, Ryu Taggart and Trevor Icenhower, next up is a 17-year-old Lebanon High School Senior, Nick Bradshaw. Nick has been attending Lebanon I-44 Speedway for several seasons now and he is extremely excited to climb behind the wheel of his No. 00 Charger for the first time on May 5th.

Nick doesn’t come from a long line of racers like a lot of Rookie racers do, he just has a love for the sport of asphalt short track racing. Nick started his adventure of becoming a race car driver a few years ago when he was just coming to the track as a fan, and for the past few seasons Nick had the opportunity to work as a crew member. Nick is part of the J&C Racing crew and was the spotter for the No. 00 Modified of Chris Johnson in 2017. “I look up to Chris Johnson, he always gives his best effort and he is always helping everyone in the pits when someone is in need,” added Bradshaw. Nick and the J&C Racing crew hope to have their cars up front all season long.

Every racer you come across has the same goal in mind and that goal is to win. Nick not only wants to win, he wants to have fun doing it! “My goals for my first season is to win Rookie of the Year and try to win some races. On opening night, I just want to go have some fun,” stated the Rookie. Nick believes that with the help of his parents and J&C Racing there is no reason he won’t find victory lane this season!

We wish Nick and his crew the best of luck this season and we hope to see all of you at the track cheering on Nick Bradshaw in the No. 00 Charger! Opening night is Saturday May 5th, 2018. The Spring Sizzler event will feature a 50 lap Pro Late Model special paying $1,000 to the winner!
